Graduated from Adana Ayas College in 1985 and later completed her degree in Statistics at the Middle East Technical University (METU) Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 1991.

Between 1992 and 2010, she worked as a dealer and manager in brokerage firms and bank investment departments. Her last position was as the Çukurova Regional Director at Deniz Yatırım, where she worked for eight years.

From 2010 to 2012, she lived in Vienna, where she received training in NLP and personal development.

Between 2012 and 2014, she pursued a second career by obtaining her coaching training and certification from Erickson Coaching International. She started providing coaching services to individuals aged 16-25 on life purposes and goals, as well as to people of all ages for transformation and personal growth.

In 2013, she completed the Train the Trainer program with Marilyn Atkinson, the founder of Erickson Coaching International, and later obtained a hypnosis certification from an institution affiliated with IHA. Since 2013, she has been offering Access Bars sessions and training, along with personal development programs.

Between 2016 and 2020, she lived in the United States and, in 2017, completed an eight-month Awakening School training with Eckhart Tolle.

After returning to Turkey, she obtained a Psych-K® license, one of the most effective subconscious belief transformation techniques. This method is scientifically proven to facilitate rapid and effortless subconscious belief changes by balancing brain hemispheres and confirming immediate shifts through muscle testing.

She continues to contribute to social projects, foundations, and associations, serving as a coach and mentor at the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV). In her individual sessions, she supports clients using Psych-K®, NLP, Hypnosis, and Access Consciousness® methods.

Additionally, in 2023, she completed the Level 2 process at Erickson Coaching International and earned her Team Coaching certification. She now works with companies, teams, and organizations to help them achieve their goals more effectively.
