Kaan Yazıcı: The Journey from Dentistry to Coaching

When Kaan Yazıcı graduated from Ege University’s Faculty of Dentistry in 1994, he embarked on his career with the goal of practicing his profession at the highest level. After serving as a Dental Lieutenant for 16 months, he opened his own clinic and began providing care to his patients. As he continuously enhanced his expertise in the field of healthcare, he realized that the deep connections he established with people influenced not only their physical well-being but also their emotional and mental health.

His interest in social sciences led him to complete a degree in Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics. The knowledge he gained about management, societal structures, and human psychology provided him with a more holistic perspective. However, what he truly discovered during this journey was that creating real transformation in people’s lives was not solely about knowledge—it required the right guidance and intrinsic motivation.

With this awareness, he turned to coaching and completed his training in the Erickson Coaching methodology, earning the title of Professional Erickson Coach. To further expand his impact beyond individual development, he specialized in team coaching and became a Professional Team Coach.

Today, Kaan Yazıcı continues to practice dentistry while also guiding individuals and teams in unlocking their potential. By integrating his expertise in healthcare with a coaching perspective, he aims to provide his clients not only with physical well-being but also with mental and emotional balance.

For him, the journey from dentistry to coaching was not merely a career change but a step toward actualizing his deep passion for self-discovery and personal growth. Today, with his accumulated knowledge and experience, he continues to make a multifaceted impact on people’s lives.
